Nice! I was in a grocery store last night and for the first time since this madness began I saw not 1, not 2, but 3(!) people without a mask. It was refreshing!
The thing is, anything like this helps build community. Snacks, coffee, whatever. It helps build community and we’re sorely lacking in that dept everywhere. It used to be that churches were the glue that held each community together. That’s pretty much gone now everywhere.
I always viewed snacks after as a form of community building. We all come together and break bread and just enjoy being in that present moment. Something I miss.
I had the exact experience too! Last week the minister called out a young girl on the microphone in front of the entire church for not having her mask on properly. For Mother’s Day I asked to go to another church...no masks in sight, coffee and snacks on a communal table, several people shook my hand, and it was normal. It was so great, can’t wait to go back!
You are all invited to be my quest at New Life Community Church in Ashland OH....No masks, security will be armed and expect to experience a lot of love and fellowship...
Nice! We discovered the same when we were led to a new church after we stopped attending our former church because I refused to wear a mask. There is indeed hope! We are in Southern California.
Awesome to hear! God bless!

You mind telling where you’re located? At least what state?
That's awesome I live in commie WA and my church is pretty based and most don't wear masks
Snacks, well that's super important.
You have a point
