OP nailed it! Been doing the same thing myself for many months. The dark side can make an excuse for any other obvious prove the election was stolen. I have found they have a very difficult time trying to get around this fact in PA and other states. They broke the law period.

I turned off Newsmax when that jerkoff Bob Sellers acted like a child and threw a temper tantrum on air with Mike Lindell. I actually (wasted my time and) wrote to Newsmax about that. Never got anything back them from though.................

If they are able to herd the sheep with this idea, I'm sure other states will go the same route.
