The convention is, if you post an image containing news or information, you should also post a comment with a link to the source of that news or information, otherwise it may be mistaken as a shitpost or a meme or in rare cases "forgery".
The URL being in the title makes it impossible to click without having to copy and paste, especially for mobile phone users.
