Nope. Just buy L-Lysine at your local Walgreens or CVS. Dirt cheap and quite effective. Been taking it for years. Add some Zinc, D3 and Sodium Ascorbate....and you're good to go.
Or pan seared Chilean sea bass...
All jokes aside, the best source of vitamins and minerals with the highest bioavailability (what your body is able to absorb and utilize as enzymatic cofactor) is food.
Well....Chilean Sea Bass is certainly the tastier way to go...
