In the worst case scenario, where that happens, and the MSM is still corrupt (i.e., the white hats haven't finished up yet), someone on one of the other ".win" forums has come up with a plausible manner in which this plays out:

In summary, as the vaccinated start to die (and assuming no vaccine shedding killing the unvaccinated), the MSM and governments turn the narrative against the unvaccinated, saying that they are responsible for new "variants" or for the continued spread of COVID-19 (since they're un-vaxxed) ... division and hate reach a new high ... that's the precursor to some nasty atrocities.
That scenario of course depends on a few things, like, the ratio of vaxxed/unvaxxed, and how well the information has reached the mainstream in regards to the harms of the vaccines & the role the government played in leading us to this stage.
