This is the monoclonal antibody cocktail treatment Trump had in the hospital. At least 3 family members of mine had it as well when they had the chicom virus. It is hard to do only because it is done in a hospital with a drip line into your vein.
All I know is two family member felt better within 24 hours, including one who is diabetic and one who has cancer. The other person was in the hospital for around a month and lost 40 lbs and was put on his stomach to help breath (a diabetic too). All made a recovery.
It's a combination of two drugs (Casirivimab and imdevimab) designed to mimic the antibodies generated naturally when the immune system fends off the virus, it's what they gave POTUS when he got covid in October.
The problem with your second question, of course, is that no one really knows what the "effects" are.
In a given sample, with the world the way it is, /SOME/ people are going to have allergic reactions to anything. Peanuts kill people, dead. Four kids in a class of 20 at my daughter's school are sensitive to the point of carrying an Epipen. Peanuts are delicious, not evil... at least to me.
I wish someone could PROVE the effects noted... like sterility... for men, there are tests to see how your boys are doing... should be simple to do a before and after the Jab, just need a willing volunteer. Blood clots? Gotta be some reason some get them and others don't. Some correlation... like it only affects AB or O or something.
The less [intentionally] sinister conspiracy theorist in me wonders if the mRNA drugs themselves are as advertised, a sincere measure to help stop the spread... but if it gets to a certain temperature (supposed to keep them at like -40 or something, right?) it mutates and reprograms your body to not fight Covid but something you don't want it to, like a normal protein found in meats and/or cheese. Sounds a little more plausible than a weapons-of-mass-destruction theory
For the last 3 years I’ve been an Electrician where they manufacture the drugs. The place is incredible, and they are on the leading edge of this type of drug. Company is growing fast, and there’s ping pong, football, and air hockey in a lot of their buildings.

It's also what they treated Rudy Giuliani. Both he and trump said they felt 20 years younger after the treatment.
