Correct. I was watching a Bill Deagle video the other day. Something to the effect of "The gas pumps are all electric and they'll shut down the grid so nobody can pump any gas. Now you can't travel farther than a tank of gas will take you."

A black market would fill the void immediately. You don't need those pumps to get the fuel out of the underground tanks.

you're right but the underground tanks at the station are a limited supply. Black market or no, if there is no resupply, then what? And who will be able to pay the price?
