Who was it that just encouraged us to stand up and fight? Flynn?

I wonder if the Q plan has suppressed a lot of the fight we “awake” and veterans/Oathkeepers would have started planning had we not “known” there was a plan.

Logically, we would have started forming our tribes by talking amongst ourselves and coming up with various plans on how to take back our country. But Q told us to stand down and to let the military handle it.
