You incorrectly associate getting the current mRNA vaccination with the type of genetic alteration that would make someone a hybrid human.
I am speaking of God's creation. The fallen angels originally existed in God's presence. They rebelled and made war against God. They were thrown out of heaven. No salvation is offered to them. They are irredeemable. Satan's plan since the creation of man (in God's image), has been to corrupt and destroy that creation by any and all means.
So Eve was tempted and sinned by disobeying God's command (literally the only thing that was not allowed to them in their paradise) and Adam also followed suit enjoining in that sin. Sin broke the relationship of man with God and delivered authority on this earth from man to Satan (powers of the air).
Even this was not enough for Satan as God while declaring the immediate consequences and final judgements that awaited man, also declared the redemption and salvation that would come to restore man to God. Jesus being foretold again threatened Satan's plan to corrupt and destroy God's perfect creation.
So what could Satan do? Yes he continued to tempt and corrupt the now fallen sinful man (and that was easier than ever before to succeed at), but to prevent the Christ from arriving would require the destruction of man itself. Corrupting God's creation into something not human was an obvious choice and should not surprise anyone this would be a strategy. Genetics is only a recent discovery for humans. Fallen angels who witnessed God create our world would already have this information.
The fallen angels brought the nephilim before the flood. Only Noah's family was spared.
God separated a chosen line of people via Abraham and brought about the nation of Israel. He provided them laws that would insure their lineage remained uncorrupted by further attempts to hybrids fallen angels and humans. Israel had no understanding of genetics, but the rules protected them from corruption of their bloodlines.
The reason nephilim are not redeemable is because they come from the line of fallen angels for which no redemption is offered.
Christ died to save humans from our sin and restore us in relationship to God. He did not die to restore fallen angels, and the Bible is clear on the outcome of the fallen angels and demons.
