I have shown people this graph, then they scoff and say "yeah well when you divide it by population then blacks ARE more discriminated!! lol!!"
Don't let them fool you into thinking this is true. You don't divide by white or black population, you divide by the number of police encounters each race has. And it turns out, that blacks STILL have less police encounters than whites, percentage wise. Divide white deaths by the number of police encounters, and you get the percentage of police encounters that are deadly to whites, the same goes for blacks.

Not many white folks living on the south side of Chicago. Or inner city Baltimore. Or New Orleans.
But guess where most of the violent crime is?
Murder by firearm. About 30,000 Americans die from a bullet each year.
But about 20,000 of those are suicide. Only about 10,000 are homicide.
Of the 10,000, about 7,000 occur in the 10 largest cities, and most of those are in the inner city ghettos.
Who lives there?
If crime is happening in one neighborhood but not another, it is logical to point police resources in one direction and not the other.
