The only reason the heth "orders" are being lifted is because the state legistators finally grew balls and passed legislation giving the authority to implement such orders to the legistators in Columbus thereby embarassing this pos rino. Absent them passing this, dewino would have left us under his tyrannical dictates indefinitely.
