0.1%, I think it's more like 0.0001%. Unless you happen to pass close to someone actively infected, and they cough/sneeze or otherwise spew saliva/mucus particles as you pass them, and you happen to breathe some of that in, and then happen to breathe enough to infect you, then you are not going to get infected outside without a mask. So what are the odds of you experiencing those four things when outside without a mask?
