Period changes are never meaningless. Serious disruptions to your cycle indicate a health issue or unhealthy levels of stress. TMI but in the lead up to getting married in Frau Whitmer’s stronghold, I’ve been so stressed my cycle decided “fuck it I’m stopping”.
