(Revised title for accuracy- Riot and Breach are two different things, and should remain distinct). There is a rule in the House in relation to some of the claims made by a Congresswoman, Mikie Sherrill, and several DNC Congress members. False or unproven accusation can lead to ethics complaints. WND has direct quote from Rep. Sherrill: "The visitors encountered by some of the Members of Congress on this letter appeared to be associated with the rally at the White House the following day. Members of the group that attacked the Capitol seemed to have an unusually detailed knowledge of the layout of the Capitol Complex. The presence of these groups within the Capitol Complex was indeed suspicious."
Republicans in the House have filed an ethics complaint against Rep. Sherrill and her Democratic colleagues.

I'd like to think so. The capitol police appear to have just let everyone in. But I doubt the RINOs would be silent about such a move.
The important point about that video is it is completely opposite of other videos we have seen that show dozens of people trying to get into a blockaded door -- the one where a shot rang out and someone supposedly died.
One or both videos must be fake. Both videos should be questioned and an investigation should determine which, if either, is valid and which (possibly both) is fake.
They both could also be real, but taken at different times...of different groups.
