So... the staff now loses their jobs. This is why toxic environments start if the person in charge lets it happen. If they do complain and ask for change they risk the show being cancelled and having no more work.

I think she treated the staff the same way from day one, but this was the excuse used to cut the show. They couldn’t tell her viewers the real reason yet, they will find out soon enough!
