I think so, but maybe not get that close. What would happen if Trump unleashed the proof to the courts before Biden got in? "Well its okay because theres no proof he meant to cheat and you still stayed in office, ya big baby."

What if he whipped it out in the middle of inauguration? Would definitely shock people like the capitol protest shocked people, but still "fine you caught ONLY BIDEN cheating and proved the election was stolen. But he didn't pass any bad laws yet cuz he was barely president and we say he would have saved the country. Anything you do now we say Biden would have done better."

What if he pulled it out now? "Okay fine you proved that Biden cheated and so did many other representatives, but we cheated fair and square and we choose not to impeach ourselves. Besides our policies that are destroying the country and pissed almost everyone off are really popular in San Francisco, why are you trying to deny them representation?"

The third option would definitely light the powder keg and force intervention. Obviously the dems will never surrender no matter how much they admit to cheating, why would they? This is to remind America what happens when we don't take freedom seriously.

They may take back all of the illegitmately passed laws and EOs, but Biden will always be remembered as the 46th President, a shameful reminder of what can happen. The debate will rage on for the next century or two, "Is so and such the 46th president or are we still saying Biden was 46?" but it could really apply to anyone or any number.
