Did I miss Hunter's book signing at Costco for his first one? NOBODY, I know buys these "books by crooks"... and yes, they are "quite lucratitive". Ask Hillary... and Mr. Ex-first lady and his husband.

I always noticed political and celebrity biographies in the "Bargain Books" section of the big chain bookstores. I think this is how they get the numbers up--fake the bestseller list status, then put them out at deeply discounted prices. Why is a "Best Seller" only $5?
