You're assuming that Joe Biden actually IS the president, Kamel-toe Harris is really the V.P. and that the military isn't actually in charge at this point. It may be all just a show, a staged presentation.

What happens after state election audits prove that Biden stole the election? How about fake president Biden suddenly has an Alzheimer's episode and melts down on live TV, to the point where he has to be removed from office by Article 25. Kamel-toe Harris may be faced with her own crisis as she will be charged and indicted as being complicit in the election fraud, so won't be able to take office either. Nancy Pelosi will be indicted for her role in the fraud... and so on. Basically, nearly the entire lineup of presidential replacements for dementia Joe... will be ineligible for office.

What if Nancy Pelosi's position as Speaker... and also the President Pro-Tempore of the Senate are BOTH in question because of the election fraud. The congressmen and senators that provided them the majority... were not legally elected, so they shouldn't be in those positions... and cannot take the presidency. So in addition to being under indictment for election fraud themselves... they would be ineligible. Then, what about a Secretary of State or Treasury who were placed into office by a president that was elected due to fraud?

The attorney general is under fire for his undisclosed business relationships with China. The Secretary of State has serious compromising issues.

Now what? It's hard to have a nation with NOBODY in charge.
The line of succession is typically: -VP -Speaker of the House -President Pro-Tempore of the Senate -Secretary of State -Secretary of Treasury -Secretary of Defense -Attorney General

When puppet Dementia Joe steps down... it all hits the fan. There effectively IS nobody that is eligible to take over the presidency, because the line of succession is corrupted by the election fraud, collusion with foreign governments and other problems.

That's when it all comes back to military.
