Would HCQ help them? Would American frontline doctors know?

I can't say I know of a cure. But here is what I would do.
Why:
It is my belief and conclusion (not proven, but based on expericence, reading, and conversations with doctors and nurses) that we all have cancer cells floating around in our bodies.
All cells have a useful life. The are "born" through cell division, they are active and healthy and do what they do, but then they run low on energy and die off. This is a natural cycle. All of the cells in our body eventually die off and are replaced.
Our bodies have a natural way of scrubbing out these dead and/or poorly-funtioning cells. It is called autophagy. This is our immune system doing the cleaning work to move these materials to the liver, where they are recycled or eliminated from the body.
When a person has a weakened immune system (usually due to lifestyle choices, such as eating bad food, drinking, smoking, stress, whatever), it means the the body does not cleanse as well as it should.
Also, if a person eats frequently, the body does not get a chance to cleanse as much.
Cancer needs glucose to be able to proliferate. ALL carbs (no matter what kind) break down into glucose (or a combination of glucose and fructose). That glucose goes into the bloodstream and feeds the cancer.
I disagree with those who say to "alkalize" the body. I have looked into that, and I do not see any proof that it really works. Claims, yes, but not proof. It also feeds carbs into the body, which I think is the wrong approach. In addition, the body's PH level varies throughout the body. The stomach is very acidic and needs to be. The blood is around 7.0-7.5 (around 7.4 usually). Food intake will not change that.
Eating no carbs will reduce the amount of food for the cancer cells, giving them a hard time to cause trouble.
Eating infrequently (like once per day) will give the digestive system a rest. That will allow autopagy to kick in and cleanse out the system, which includes the cancer cells. It is an either/or situation.
Either the body is in building mode (anabolic) or breakdown mode (catabolic). A cancer patient wants to get necessary nutrients (which are all found in animal foods -- why do you think the NWO wants to promote eating plants?). But once that food is ingested (animal foods digest faster and with less energy needs than plant foods), the body should have the rest of the day to repair an cleanse.
Rick Simpson talks about how he cured himself of skin cancer and how others have used his process to make cannibis oil and cured themselves of various cancers, too. Of course, he is shut down by the NWO crowd, but that is a badge of honor.
Avoid surgery and radiation. Some chemo therapies work extremely well against some cancers, but should be a last resort. You probably know that doctors make their money off of drugs, not cures. Always keep that in mind.
Thank you for your insight. Any suggestions for someone in the final stage of cancer with only a few months left? Any hope left?
Meat and eggs are no-go. Another said it here, you need to get her body alkaline. Have her test the Ph of her urine. Get it up past 8. Dr. Bernardo and Young have a 95% success rate. Most disease is due to acidosis of the interstidium. Chlorophyll, oil, water, salt. You need to research alkaline diets of those two men. There are others but those are the two I’m most familiar with. Watch the documentary “I Cure Cancer” produced by Ian Jacklin.
You can juice fresh cannabis as well.
