I've had a bad reaction to AS03 adjuvants in the past (which is used in all the "vaccines") so until they make one without the AS03 adjuvant, I can avoid any and all vaccine mandates due to known allergic reaction to the ingredients.

I take other medication, and it clearly states on the medical info provided to healthcare workers that no work has been done to identify drug interactions with the vaccines.
Get an employment lawyer. Start raining down on the employer too, anonymously report OSHA violations. There are a LOT of nit picky OSHA rules to drown a bad employer.
If they're gonna break the law, call HIPPA violations, and also remind their HR anonymously that they have to report all potential vax relates illness on their 300 logs.
That alone could increase their insurance by 300% or more.
