I'm thinking since big pharma is charging us taxpayers 1000 dollars a shot? There's a lot of money in the covid industrial complex, 70 billion on useless pcr tests alone, 14p per useless test administered on elementary kids at my school and vaccinated teachers.

Actually, yeah - it could be that simple... lots of money... I guess I was taken in by all the "depopulation" speculation, but the motive could just be simple greed.
