They lean liberal but most major companies do.Just because one location is doing something doesn’t mean it is going on company wide. Give it some time to sort out until it becomes company policy and then report on that.

You have to remember, Costco is headquartered in Seattle. Same with Starbucks, Microsoft, etc. See a pattern here? Starbucks says they will require masks regardless of experimental drug status.
Interesting. Washington state is a right to work state which in turn can fire workers for any reason even as petty as boss just doesn't like you. I would think even with stores operating in different states you still have the advantage of your state's headquarter laws. I'm no lawyer but I'm sure an experienced lawyer would be able to use that info to benefit the client.

They are not honoring state mandates for employees, only for customers. If you are the only employee at a location that isn't vaccinated, then you will be the only one in a mask. I was pulled in and asked for documentation on my vaccination. They are absolutely not following state guidelines for employees.
My wife is the payroll clerk at one of the California Costco’s.She said company policy is they cannot ask for proof of anything pertaining to COVID-19.The company has to take your word as proof.Sorry if your location isn’t following company policy.I would just tell them you got the vaccine and company policy states you don’t have to provide proof.
