Roses are supposedly symbolic for adrenochrome. It is odd that he is using a flower here rather than some other icon. More likely he's saying to take the adrenochrome. It is not an endorsement of the "red pill" you and I know.
Could be rosicrucian symbolism as well. I believe rosicrucianism deep down has ties/correlations with some elements of Lucifarianism, I'd put my money on that as a possible meaning for that rose in his tweet.

Yeah, he could have used a red heart or any number of other icons.

I don't know what camp Elon will end up being in when its all over, but I think this is an extreme stretch. There is no precedence here. It seems more like seeing what you want to see.
