What happens if some members of Congress are found to not be lawfully in office?

They must be immediately removed from House and Senate.
Any bills already passed must have the vote re-examined to see if they would have passed with the correct members' votes.
That changes the total number of members in each chamber, and also likely changes the percentage of R's and D's in each.
If R's have 2/3 majority in either chamber, they can expell members in their own chamber on 2/3 majority vote.
Open House seats must stay open until they are filled by the 2022 election.
Open Senate seats can be temporarily filled by governor appointment, and then filled by 2022 election.
Any governor who was also not lawfully elected ... well another can of worms.

No I was asking how he determined the criteria for each group. Did he just completely make that up or is there somewhere he copied and pasted his bullet points.

Are they based on ANY thing we can currently research or is this a mere wish list?
