My employer is requesting all employees get vaccinated or has outlined an option for those unvaccinated to get tested before coming to the office and would only require those unvaccinated to wear masks unless in our personal workspace, personal office or cube. At face value seems nice that we have an option, but now those of us (probably be 3 or 4 out of 40) who choose not to get the cyborg shot will get ousted and made to feel alienated in front of all other employees. This is more of a mind f-ck job than a compromise on the company’s part. I truly feel this is a slippery slope that once we agree to get tested before entry, that will never end and only further reduce our credibility within our organization. It’s seems they are beginning to isolate us in preparation for terminating our employment.
Fortunately, the few of us who are free thinking Jesus followers/believers happen to be the three pretty senior folks, probably other than our President, two managing partners and two C levels. It seems we have power in our position with us standing together, but would really appreciate any feedback or ideas to help us back up our stance. These are irrational times and wouldn’t put it past some of our hard leftist HR folks to push for our termination. Please help!
Agreed, but I’ve been through a lawsuit before and it’s brutal on all accounts...absolute last resort in my opinion, so we’ll be cautious and dot our Is and cross out Ts to avoid them finding an excuse

Hostile work environment can be the basis for a lawsuit.
