That everybody who took part in the steal seemingly "takes the bait" EVERY time and is STILL all-in on the game would seem to indicate that either 1) they ARE that stupid or 2) they are THAT bought and/or blackmailed.
We shall see.
Interesting thought : Who might flip (or has ALREADY flipped) first? At this point, no one involved in the steal should trust ANY of their fellow thieves. Mutual guilt has a controlling factor BUT the desire not to die or spend the rest of one's life in prison can cause these people to break rank and turn on their co-conspirators.
Gotta be extra stressful when the world'watching, the hunters are breathing down your neck AND members of your own pack can't be trusted not to turn on you.
