Why can't we just send back the fentanyl to the drug cartels. Load it on plane... Have an aerosol dispersal unit out the back... Fly over drug cartel compounds.... Drop the fentanyl on theirs heads.

No more drug cartel leaders.

Beat me to it. There are tons of videos and stories out there of cops who touched it during course of arrest and started going into respiratory stress in just a couple minutes. One on Live PD, the season before it got shut down.
