So, he was in a band and their music got a lot of airplay. He wears a particular style of sunglasses that makes him recognizable. Turn off your radio and take off his glasses, and he disappears into nothingness.

This applies to nearly all "celebrities". Keep doing this exercise until all that is left are the people that truly matter.
