I would say the same thing to this brave son of the Republic, probably with tears in my eyes, as well, but they would not be tears without hope because I know what’s going to happen.

So many are still shockingly blind. I hate to hear misguided people still making an issue about something unsavory Trump might have said decades ago in an unguarded moment, as if that brought his suitability for public office into question. They will hold him to something he said once in his younger days as if he had no capacity to grow beyond that or had no other aspects of his personality or intentions to consider, but they would never think to define themselves by some singular shameful thing they had done, giving themselves a pass on the very same sorts of things without seeing their own hypocrisy. Classic rules for thee but not for me.

It’s curious that they would extend that pass to people like Biden and Pelosi when their constant lies and corruption show a dedicated lifestyle of pure evil. It’s a symptom of being asleep. They unconsciously process information selectively because they don’t really love the truth. Unfortunately, some people only learn by pain. Stripes are for the back of a fool. They will eventually wake up when they have enough of them. Then they will have tears in their eyes, too, but they will be tears of regret.
