Making sure everyone has this legal info to use with employers who are pushing for mandatory vax like my county govt is. I attached it to an email to a county commissioner, and the HR director called me and said they understand my concerns. Yep. She understood they could be sued.

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with my HR director, and she appreciated my comments about forced vaxxings. She wasn't familiar with the legal ramifications of forcing EXPERIMENTAL vaccines on employees who then suffer an adverse effect. She said she would be relaying this to the commissioners in a meeting this afternoon. I have found my voice. You can too.
"She wasn't familiar with being held accountable for her actions."
I feel like I have the best insurance and retirement plans.../s.
Check out a couple GAW posts about OSHA saying employers liable for injuries if they require employees to get the jab:

What county? I feel like getting a job there and suing... I mean working there. :)
Just say the words vicarious liability.
