Okay, so let's say it actually is, ostensibly, for the races in the Republican party. Do they count? Are you actually counting them? Because you didn't say you are, you just said that ballot, the one with the 'special code' and that somehow reads 'Democrat ballot 'but is actually really, honestly and truly for the republican races .... . what? You didn't say you count them for said races. Hmm.
