I originally updooted you, but after I thought about it... fuck no. If you commit fraud, even at a low level - KNOWINGLY and INTENTIONALLY, and it is proven in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt. You should be executed, publically.

The "top and mid level" would never be able to find recruit minions after that. CheckMate.
