Only thing he's wrong about is that he will never regain full freedom.

Fundamentally freedom is unalienable and those who now are treading on the unalienable are going to GITMO - many to be hanged or shot.

Some few of the worst have already been hanged or shot.

Tribunals, convictions and executions are ongoing.
