"What research can I do that is better than the CDC...?" This person needs to believe the lies and refuses to have anyone question their reasoning - they are a zealot. There are tons of research available to look at that was done by legit experts that describe what is wrong with the conclusions the CDC has put out - all this person would have to do is read both and decide which they think makes the most sense. The "Don't question authority (experts)" mentality is the same mentality that lead Germans to follow Hitler, Soviets to turn in dissidents and every crime against humanity ever conducted by the CCP, including the current imprisonment and crimes being committed against the Uyghurs.
