Their vaccination rate for adults older than 50 is ~92%, according to the article. That in itself is concerning, if, these vaccines end up having the effect that we all fear.
The first point cannot be reconciled with the second alone, given that we already know that the vaxx doesn't prevent transmission/illness/death.
