I just cringed so hard my dog came over to sniff me and make sure I was okay, I'm pretty sure I let out an audible groan as my body clenched involuntarily and forced out the remaining air in my lungs.

I started to watch that video and I began to vomit uncontrollably.

Had to turn it off.

Being awake has made life so difficult.
