This simulation was created in China. Causing a lot of concerns there. The person who made it is unknown. Very informative and short.

Don't let the quality of Chinese produced consumer goods fool you.
Scum want their crap made by slaves to be as inexpensive as possible ... quality be damned. The Chinese are more than happy oblige. The CCP couldn't care less about what it makes them look like ... they only care about the money, and they know people all over the world will still buy the junk ... they've been trained to believe that everything breaks in no time now. Of course, people fail to realize that they'll buy the same fucking thing 4 or 5 times and that they would have saved money buying a well engineered product the first time, but, hey, its "cheap" (Harbor Freight tools is a perfect example of this ... cheap, yeah, but forget about long term or professional use ... they weren't designed for that ... but they'll work reasonably well for a short period of time).
If you were to ask these same people for top of the line shit and give them the appropriate budget, you'd get top of the line product. They know how to make anything of any quality. Sure, they'll more than likely use stolen IP to make it, but they can do a great job making anything ... we only see the cheap shit because our overlords let them flood our markets with it.
China wants to be known for the longest bridge, tallest building, biggest dam, etc. But they don't give a crap about quality, people, animals, the earth.
Agreed. That's typical of communists though ... they'll scream bloody murder about the environment, but if one were to take a trip through a place run by those retards, say cold war era East Germany, you'd get a great look at how full of shit these scumbags are.
I was saying that the Chinese aren't idiots when it comes to engineering. It only seems that way since the end product we see is consumer oriented and the people selling the goods only care about buying as low as possible and selling as high as possible. They have people trained to replace stuff every few years that used to last a lifetime. Chinese citizens get the same treatment when it comes to their infrastructure. I can promise you, however, that anything that benefits the CCP directly (mainly military stuff) is well engineered. They are NOT fools and one would be foolish to underestimate them.
Getting back to the dam ... the sickening part of all of this is that the CCP would welcome the slaughter of so many people when that dam breaks. The way they see it, such a disaster would free up resources + generate sympathy all across the globe. Communists look at people as nothing but a resource, and China has a surplus of that particular resource. Plus as others have pointed out, they have a lot of empty cities ready to go to house survivors ... that will make them look like they care about people, and the duplicitious shitstains in our media would be fawning and drooling over the miracles of Communism as CCP sanctioned video rolled into newsrooms all across the USA.
All they need is someone to blame for the dam breaking ... and you know damn well (pun intended) they are not going to blame themselves ... I won't be surprised if the USA gets the blame for it ... it'd be the perfect excuse for war, and with the sympathy they'd get, who knows what allies would turn their backs on us.
