Fauci is an Italian name. Derived from Sicilian and the word "sickle". Also the word has been noted to have the following meanings: Jaws, jaws of a carnivore, yaw and face.

So in essence Fauci is a jaw sickle-faced carnivore. Does that mean he eats children, too??
