It is a revolutionary act to be healthy these days. Don’t forget to take a 30 minute walk, get some sun, eat protein and greens, try fasting, drink a ton of water and move heavy shit.
In the early days of covid response, I put on 15 pounds very quickly and was depressed. I got sick this fall and it knocked me on my ass. I committed to getting healthy again. I have gained muscle, lost fat and am in the best shape of my life in my late 30s thanks to an intermittent fasting routine, daily cardio, three days of lifting per week, limited alcohol consumption and low carb diet. Try it for a week. You’ll thank yourself. It takes very little effort.
I'm back to running 5k's and 10k's, cut processed carbs from my diet, been weight lifting, and have been more intense on my Bible studies.
I have two young kiddos and a hyper-active dog running around our house, but I'm still able to keep up. The standard lifestyle offered to Americans today is designed to make you sick and obedient. Hard to over throw a tyrannical government if you're sedentary.
Been doing exactly what you said for a while now. Also doing yoga in place of alcohol. Huge, huge difference.
In other words, as Dinesh D'Souza says, "they want you to be worms".
Replaced vegetable and soy oils with imported EVOO, organic avocado oil, beef tallo, butter and coconut oil. Noticed a change in mood and energy levels almost immediately after a couple of days.
I've been doing OMAD (One Meal A Day) and have been losing 2-3 lbs. a week. I've lost over 30 lbs. and have about 15 lbs. until I'm back to where I was at 18 (in my 40s now).
I haven't been working out but plan on incorporating that into my routine soon. Wanted to lose some weight to lessen wear and tear on my joints.
