Additionally, Pasteurization of milk removes many of the beneficial elements of milk and makes significant portions of the population allergic to milk even though their bodies are perfectly adapted for dairy to be a foundational part of their diets because their ancestors drank milk for a thousand years.

Soybean oil causes hormonal imbalances and genetic damage, yet it is the base of practically every salad dressing, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and if you look at the “vegetable oil” in your pantry, it is very likely 100% soybean oil. Iceberg and romaine lettuce have been de-vitaminized to the point that they are practically crunchy water, and given that Vitamin K is a foundational part of bone and tooth health, most salad has become practically worthless nutritionally.
Fruit has been bred solely for high sugar content, and the combination of added sugars in most foods and in fruits, combined with the missing nutrients from dairy and vegetables (and low-fat diets) are completely responsible for the tooth decay epidemic. I personally did a 6 week Daniel fast of fruits/vegetables/nuts and dropped my LDL (bad cholesterol) from 189 to 46 in about 40 days. I then swapped my regular diet to basically zero sugar, very little wheat, and crazy high fat and my LDL dropped more to 40 and my HDL increased from 38 to 40, which is pretty unheard of in the short term with the statins I am on-usually you drop by 30% and then rebound to improve a year later. And usually people are on statins for the rest of their lives and make only limited progress on improving cholesterol.
