Soybean oil causes hormonal imbalances and genetic damage, yet it is the base of practically every salad dressing, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and if you look at the “vegetable oil” in your pantry, it is very likely 100% soybean oil. Iceberg and romaine lettuce have been de-vitaminized to the point that they are practically crunchy water, and given that Vitamin K is a foundational part of bone and tooth health, most salad has become practically worthless nutritionally.
Fruit has been bred solely for high sugar content, and the combination of added sugars in most foods and in fruits, combined with the missing nutrients from dairy and vegetables (and low-fat diets) are completely responsible for the tooth decay epidemic. Tooth decay was unheard of before heavy wheat and sugar diets and is nonexistent in indigenous populations without access to modern diets. Store food gives you store teeth.
Low fat is a lie. Most white Europeans need high fat diets, low carbs, and basically zero sugar. I personally did a 6 week Daniel fast of fruits/vegetables/nuts and dropped my LDL (bad cholesterol) from 189 to 46 in about 40 days. I then swapped my regular diet to basically zero sugar, very little wheat, and crazy high fat and my LDL dropped more to 40 and my HDL increased from 38 to 40, which is pretty unheard of in the short term with the statins I am on-usually you drop by 30% and then rebound to improve a year later. And usually people are on statins for the rest of their lives and make only limited progress on improving cholesterol. I’ll only need a year to clear out my heart blockage, and then I’m done, and it’s all because I finally understood the truth about our food supply.
Our food supply is trash, and you can reverse practically any autoimmune disease by going organic (important because pesticides are TERRIBLE) vegan for a couple months (it’s not a sustainable diet unless your ancestors all lived only on plants and your genes are adapted to the nutrient balance- which is basically nobody, but it’s great for a temporary detox).
Oh, and fluoride screws with your hormones, causes demineralization of your teeth and replaces them with a foreign contaminant, and calcifies your pineal gland. I actually had terrible headaches at age 17 and got a brain CT scan and they found a massive cyst that enveloped my pineal gland. This is reality and conspiracy and intentional. I didn’t have any dreams until a few months ago when I began detoxing with algae (chlorella/spirulina), cilantro, and fermented skate liver oil and I stopped using fluoride toothpaste. Now I have vivid dreams every night. When you detox from fluoride you have to replace the minerals in your teeth with something- calcium, D3, magnesium, vitamin K2-M4 and K2-M7 all work synergistically to build your bones, and they are made of calcium phosphate, so you need a decent dietary source of phosphorus as well.

I haven’t gotten around to seeing the series or reading the book yet (so many books to read right now), but I am very familiar with his other work and his food lab standards and feel comfortable recommending his perspective on clean food.
The mainstream reviews of this are “the evidence isn’t there” because giant studies haven’t been done to prove that the entirety of the medical establishment is a big lie, but if you look at all the individual small lies, the big lie starts to come together.
Just remember, God made you correctly and if something is falling apart, you’re probably doing something wrong in your diet and there is a correct diet FOR YOU and a path to healing. Based on the diversity and availability of foods of our respective ancestors, there is no true homogenous human diet, which explains why some nutrition plans work so well for some and so poorly for others.
