I haven’t seen a proper categorization of all the lies in medicine and nutrition because when people only see the thing that affects them they miss the big picture and assume “capitalism” or “mistakes” or “traditionalism” as the root cause and they miss the nefarious financial and spiritual connections that provide a universal hypothesis for why basically every mainstream health recommendation and treatment is based on trash science and completely ignores the role of specific nutrients in heath. I have had literally over 100 cavities despite doing everything by the book. I was reading the wrong book. This book: “Cure Tooth Decay” has really helped me understand why and helped me find a path to tooth health. Essentially, a de-vitaminized diet denatures your bone and tooth health, and once your teeth are weakened they decay easily. If you are nourished correctly, there’s no amount of bacteria in your mouth that will cause tooth decay. This has been an open secret for 100 years- one early study was unable to replicate dental caries (decay) in mice with the presence of bacteria, but the removal of Vitamin C from their diets immediately produced profound dental caries. Our teeth and bones are made of Calcium Phosphate and nourished by D3, Magnesium, Vitamin K2-M4 and K2-M7, Calcium, Phosphorous, and Potassium (might be missing one or two). Look at the ingredients of your toothpaste- it contains calcium as an abrasive and zero of the rest of these. A removal of a couple elements prevents absorption, proper allocation, and general ability to use the others. There’s a LOT more obviously, but tooth health finally makes sense.

I have heard good things about “The Truth About Cancer” series with Mike Adams. I haven’t gotten around to seeing the series or reading the book yet (so many books to read right now), but I am very familiar with his other work and his food lab standards and feel comfortable recommending his perspective on clean food.
The mainstream reviews of this are “the evidence isn’t there” because giant studies haven’t been done to prove that the entirety of the medical establishment is a big lie, but if you look at all the individual small lies, the big lie starts to come together.
Just remember, God made you correctly and if something is falling apart, you’re probably doing something wrong in your diet and there is a correct diet FOR YOU and a path to healing. Based on the diversity and availability of foods of our respective ancestors, there is no true homogenous human diet, which explains why some nutrition plans work so well for some and so poorly for others.

I too am at the point where I can believe the forces behind the poisoning of the food industry - which is most certainly real - are the very same forces corrupting pharma, media, science, education, health, law, business, tech, government and pretty much every transnational institution with influence right now. It hasn’t happened overnight - it has always been there, building slowly. A long march through the institutions, if you will. The difference is now they don’t hide it. I am reading The Lucifer Principle by Howard Bloom, and will shortly be starting on Carroll Quigley’s Tragedy & Hope. I am hopeful that somewhere between these two lies some good insights as to how and why so many powerful humans are so anti-human.
