I would never have participated in that BS, would have told them to fire me because I wouldn't participate if they demanded (though I am a woman, I still would never say that I have white privilege or feel guilty because I'm white). My husband is hispanic and in LE, and they have to watch some stupid video about this type of BS. I am who I am, and no one is going to make me feel guilty for being white, it's how God made me. This kind of BS stuff really burns my ass, I get really upset that people have the nerve to demand white men or women to watch or participate in this asinine nonsense!
