Bill didn't say anything about funding bio labs in Kansas...or any of dozens of other countries. Or private money 'partnerships'.

Just taxpayer dollars in China. It is great to make the point, and maybe set the stage for future charges...bit it only got unanimous consent because it has massive holes.
