I can legit say that yoga has helped heal up my lower back. Oooof all the weird places was Ring Fit Adventure. It may be a game but the yoga it has on it is no joke. Also helps with form.

She’s deadlifting 125 lb if using a women’s bar, 135 lb if using a men’s bar. It looks like she has single 10 lb plates on each side for the push press. Again if a women’s bar, it’s 55 lbs, 65 lbs, if men’s bar. They could be 25 lb plates which would then make it 85 lbs or 95 lbs. Not difficult, especially if you are as fit as she is.

I have two herniated discs and am in constant pain....but yoga? I'm wondering if that can legit help
It helped a friend who fell off the back of a big rig. He still goes to the chiropractor occasionally tho.

She will end up with a lot of pain in a few year's time. Women aren't built for this; they can do it but its not a good idea.
