Regardless if it was released by accident or on purpose. I will be it was on purpose.

The CCP closed all Domestic Travel while at the same time allowed international travel to leave the Wuhan area. Thus spreading it internationally

One way or the other Chyna spread the Chyna flu ON purpose.
