I've never been an assertive or forward person, but I may have to put my foot down with something that has come up. I invited a dear friend (ex-neighbor) to visit us at our new home (been here two years already, but never had a chance to have her over before). She is 70+ and said she feels safe in small crowds and is fully vaccinated.
Man. I hate to disinvite her, but if protein shedding is a real thing, I'd rather not have her visit and I will tell her as much.
Is it something to really be concerned about?
Nothing to worry about. About half of the U.S. population has been vaccinated so you've been around a lot of them already. If it were a problem you'd have know it by now. Have your friend over. Don't be like the vax pushers in reverse. Don't keep vaccinated person away, even if they would do that to you be being unvaxxed.
Agree with this 100%. If the shedding thing is real, and there is ZERO proof that it is, but if it is, unless i live in some remote area of the world, or you are a complete recluse, avoiding the vaxed is gonna be impossible
I've had that thought cross my mind. I know I've been around some that have been vaxxed, which was mostly at work.
Thanks. I don't want to not see my friend.
