Yes it did, I watched it happen live. CNN (although I may be wrong without checking) had both their own ticker with rolling totals and the feed from the official results ticker.
For only a few seconds, the official total updated whilst the CNN one lagged, and the total votes for Trump went down whilst the exact amount he lost went up on Xiden's total. They were side by side, and clearly showed fraud.
I have the recording still and screenshots.
I certainly hope that you sent copies of those screen shots to Sidney Powell, or Lin Wood, or some other legal patriots who are battling the election fraud. But don't answer that here on the forums. Actions speak louder than words, and nobody on a forum needs to know your personal business.
