Because some mil intel types want to use Biden to wake up the sheep? But the sheep are not biting, even though Joe has displayed plenty of dementia signs lately. Ignored the wacky Carter photo. The wacky ice cream photo is perhaps a tell that Joe is merely a puppet.

I think the sheep will only wake up when a train is about 10 feet away from squashing them all.

Maybe ops is waiting for Joe to blurt out: "Where's my adrenochrome!!!?"

One day perhaps we will understand why they did the things they did, not that I agree with everything that is being done.
