I feel for you. I just went through something similar with a cousin.

This whole "cut everyone you don't agree with politically" thing seems to be getting worse.

It's like they all realize their problems haven't been solved by electing Biden, everything's only getting worse, so rather than confront that or admit they may have been wrong, they're just throwing huge temper tantrums by way of cutting everyone out of their lives.
